Sdelano

Tasks, coins and rewards for the whole family

Sdelano is a family app. Adults set tasks, the child marks them done, an adult approves them, and the child earns coins. The coins can be exchanged for rewards in the family reward shop.

How it works

  1. 1. An adult sets a taskA title, who it is for, how many coins and a due date.
  2. 2. The child marks it doneThe task goes to an adult for review.
  3. 3. An adult approves itIn full or in part, or sends it back with a comment.
  4. 4. Coins go to rewardsThe child exchanges them in the shop, an adult hands the reward over.

Tasks

An adult sets a task in a short sheet: what to do, for whom, how many coins and by when. The child sees it on their phone and marks it done.

  • One task for several children at once, each gets their own
  • Approve in full or in part, send back with a comment, or don't approve
  • Any adult of the family can approve, and only once

Chat

Tasks are talked over in one-to-one chats. A new task, "Approved!" and "Almost! A bit more to do" arrive as cards, and the buttons work right on the card.

  • The child taps "Done", an adult taps "Approve" or "Send back"
  • A message sent from a task carries its plaque with the live status
  • "Remind" sends a "Don't forget" card, at most once an hour

Rewards

The family admin keeps the reward shop: an hour of gaming, a trip to the cinema, Lego or 10 € to a card. The child saves up for a goal and exchanges coins for a reward.

  • The goal on the home screen shows how much is left to save
  • An adult marks it "Handed over" or cancels the exchange, and the coins come back
  • Adults transfer money themselves; the app handles no payments for rewards
